This archive records the three-day build of RWB Adamae in August 2023. Unlike a regular car meet or a finished-car photo session, this event was about witnessing a transformation happen in real time. The car entered the space as a Porsche, but over the next three days it slowly became something with a different silhouette, attitude, and identity. The build was not only mechanical or visual. It was also performative: measuring, cutting, test-fitting, sanding, drilling, adjusting, stepping back, looking again, and repeating until the shape felt right.
At the center of the build was Akira Nakai, the founder of RAUH-Welt Begriff, better known as RWB. Nakai-san has become one of the most recognizable figures in modern Porsche tuning culture. RWB began as a small countryside body shop in Chiba, Japan, and developed a style that combines Japanese tuning energy with European Porsche chassis and wide-body proportions. His work is known for extreme fender extensions, riveted bodywork, low stance, large wings, and a hand-built process that makes each car feel personal. The official RWB philosophy is not mass production. It is one car, one customer, one build, and one name.
The first day carried the tension of commitment. Once the factory body was marked and cut, the project crossed a point of no return. The wide fenders were no longer just parts on the floor; they began to define the future shape of the car. The second day became more about alignment and personality. Panels were fitted and adjusted repeatedly, wheels and stance began to make sense, and the car started to look less like a project and more like an RWB. Small differences in height, angle, spacing, and line changed the whole presence of the car. The third day felt like the final reveal: finishing touches, details, cleanup, badges, visual balance, and the moment when the car finally stood as Adamae.
What made this build memorable was not only the finished car, but the way people gathered around the process. Every cut and every test-fit pulled attention. The workshop became part studio, part stage, and part gathering space. Cameras were always moving. People watched quietly, talked between steps, and waited for the next visible change. Nakai-san’s working rhythm gave the build its own pace: calm, direct, physical, and instinctive. There was no sense of a hidden process. The act of building was the event.

这场 build 的中心人物是中井啓，英文常称 Akira Nakai，也是 RAUH-Welt Begriff，简称 RWB 的创始人。中井先生已经成为现代 Porsche 改装文化里最具辨识度的人物之一。RWB 起源于日本千叶的一个乡间 body shop，后来发展出一种把日本改装文化和欧洲 Porsche 底盘结合在一起的独特风格。夸张的宽体轮拱、铆钉固定的外扩叶子板、极低的姿态、大型尾翼，以及由中井本人现场手工安装和调整的过程，都让每一台 RWB 不像标准化产品，而更像带有个人痕迹的作品。RWB 的精神不是批量复制，而是一位车主、一台车、一次 build、一个名字。
第一天的气氛带着一种“正式开始”的紧张感。当原厂车身被标记、切开之后，整个项目就越过了不可逆的节点。那些原本躺在地上的宽体套件，不再只是零件，而开始决定这台车未来的轮廓。第二天更多是在寻找比例和性格。外扩件被反复试装，轮子和车身姿态逐渐接上，车也开始从“施工中”变成真正有 RWB 气质的样子。高度、角度、间隙、线条之间很小的差别，都会影响整台车的存在感。第三天则像是完成和揭幕：收尾、细节、清理、徽章、整体视觉平衡，以及 Adamae 这个名字真正落到车身上的瞬间。
这次 build 最让人难忘的，并不只是最终完成的车，而是围绕这个过程聚集起来的人。每一次切割、每一次试装都会吸引视线。现场既像工作间，也像摄影棚和临时聚会空间。相机一直在移动，人们在步骤之间交谈、等待，也安静地看着车一点点变化。中井先生工作的节奏很特别：冷静、直接、身体性很强，也非常依赖经验和直觉。没有太多被隐藏起来的部分，build 本身就是事件。

このページは、2023年8月に行われた RWB Adamae の3日間の製作過程を記録するアーカイブです。通常のカーイベントや完成車の撮影とは違い、この場で重要だったのは、1台の Porsche がリアルタイムで姿を変えていく過程そのものでした。車が入ってきた時点では、まだ元のプロポーションと雰囲気を残していました。しかし3日間の中で、ボディは切られ、広げられ、位置を変えられ、最終的にはまったく異なるシルエット、姿勢、そして名前を持つ RWB へと変化していきました。
この build の中心にいたのは、RAUH-Welt Begriff、通称 RWB の創設者である中井啓、Akira Nakai です。中井さんは、現代の Porsche チューニング文化の中でも非常に強い存在感を持つ人物です。RWB は日本・千葉の小さなボディショップから始まり、日本のカーカルチャーとヨーロッパの Porsche シャシーを組み合わせた独自のスタイルを作り上げました。大きく張り出したフェンダー、リベットで固定されたボディワーク、低い車高、大型ウィング、そして中井さん本人が現場で取り付け、調整していく手作業の過程。そのすべてが、RWB を単なるキットではなく、個別の作品として成立させています。
1日目には、後戻りできない緊張感がありました。純正のボディに印が入り、カットが始まると、プロジェクトは本当の意味で動き出します。床に置かれていたワイドフェンダーやパーツは、ただの部品ではなく、これから車の形を決めるものになっていきました。2日目は、バランスと性格を探す時間でした。パネルの仮合わせが繰り返され、ホイールと車高の関係が見えてきて、車は「作業中の車」から少しずつ RWB らしい存在へ変わっていきます。高さ、角度、隙間、ラインの小さな差が、車全体の印象を大きく変えていました。3日目は仕上げと完成の時間でした。細部の調整、清掃、バッジ、全体のバランス、そして Adamae という名前が車に重なる瞬間がありました。
この build が印象的だったのは、完成した車だけではありません。その過程の周りに人が集まっていたことです。カット、仮合わせ、調整のたびに視線が集まり、現場は作業場でありながら、撮影スタジオであり、集まりの場でもありました。カメラは常に動き、人々は工程の間に話し、待ち、車の変化を静かに見ていました。中井さんの作業のリズムは、落ち着いていて、直接的で、身体的で、経験と感覚に支えられているように見えました。隠された過程ではなく、作ることそのものがイベントでした。
