The build process is where that identity begins. The original Porsche body is marked and opened. Panels are placed against the chassis, removed, adjusted, and fitted again. People gather around the build not only to see the finished result, but to watch the moment when the original car gives way to something new.
Boonmee’s build atmosphere is part of the record: tools, panels, dust, hands, measurements, quiet concentration, conversations around the car, and the slow transformation from stock body to widebody identity.
